Terms of Service

1. Services Description

ApexPrime Appliance Co. provides residential and light commercial appliance repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to: refrigerator repair, washer repair, dryer repair, dishwasher repair, oven and stove repair, range repair, freezer repair, and same-day emergency appliance repair. Services are performed by certified technicians at the customer's location or as otherwise agreed.

2. Service Area

We serve residential and commercial addresses in Frisco (75034, 75035, 75033), Plano (75024, 75025, 75023), McKinney, Allen, Little Elm (75056), The Colony, and Prosper, Texas — covering Collin County and Denton County. Services outside this area may be available by special arrangement.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in writing prior to any repair work commencing. Estimates are based on the technician's on-site diagnostic assessment. Pricing is firm unless additional issues are discovered during the repair that were not apparent at the time of the estimate; in such cases, the technician will notify the customer and obtain approval before proceeding. We provide a complimentary diagnostic assessment (no charge for the diagnostic visit).

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For commercial accounts, net-15 terms may be available upon credit approval. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee.

5. Workmanship Warranty and Manufacturer Pass-Through

1-Year Parts and Labor Warranty: All completed repairs are covered by a 1-year warranty on parts and labor from the date of service. If the same issue recurs within 12 months, we will re-diagnose and repair at no additional charge.

Manufacturer Pass-Through: Parts that carry an original manufacturer warranty that exceeds our 1-year coverage will be passed through to the customer at no additional cost. The terms of such warranties are governed by the original manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time without penalty, provided you notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time. Same-day cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 scheduling fee. Emergency service calls (same-day, priority scheduling) are non-refundable once the technician has been dispatched.

7. Communication Consent (TCPA)

By providing your phone number to ApexPrime Appliance Co., you expressly consent to receive calls and/or text messages (including automated messages) regarding your service request, appointment reminders, and service updates. 8. Limitation of Liability

ApexPrime Appliance Co.'s liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of use of the appliance, loss of food contents, or other consequential losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability for pre-existing conditions not caused by our work is expressly excluded.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from services rendered shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in Collin County, Texas, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's consumer rules. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in courts of competent jurisdiction in Collin County, Texas, without waiving the right to arbitration.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
